TSS Gerador de Conteudo Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how TSS Gerador de Conteudo (the "App"), developed and operated by TSS Technology Strategy & Solutions ("TSS", "we") at softwareautomationtss.com.br, collects, uses and protects data. TSS Gerador de Conteudo creates videos with AI and publishes them on the social accounts that each customer connects. This policy complements the general TSS Privacy Policy.

1. Data TSS Gerador de Conteudo collects

  • Customer account: name, e-mail, phone and password (stored as a hash) used to sign in to the TSS Gerador de Conteudo panel.
  • Content settings: niche, keywords, scripts, titles, texts, photos and videos the customer provides to create videos.
  • Connected social accounts: when the customer connects TikTok, YouTube, Instagram or Facebook, we receive the account identifier, the display name and the access tokens the customer authorized.
  • Usage data: publication history, errors and usage counts per plan.

2. TikTok data

TSS Gerador de Conteudo uses TikTok Login Kit and the Content Posting API, in line with the TikTok Terms of Service:

  • user.info.basic: the TikTok account identifier and display name, only to show the customer which account is connected.
  • video.upload and video.publish: permission to upload and publish on the connected account the videos TSS Gerador de Conteudo created for that customer, only when the customer asks for it or on the schedule the customer configured.
  • We do not read, change or delete other videos, comments, followers, messages or any other TikTok data.

3. YouTube, Instagram and Facebook data

For YouTube, TSS Gerador de Conteudo uses the YouTube API Services (youtube.readonly to identify the customer's channel and youtube.upload to publish the customer's videos); see the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. For Instagram and Facebook, we use the Meta APIs only to publish the customer's videos on the profile or page the customer chose.

4. How TSS Gerador de Conteudo uses data

Only to provide the service the customer contracted: create the videos, publish them on the accounts the customer connected, show history and reports, and send service notices. We do not sell data, do not use it for advertising and do not use social account data to train AI models.

5. Sharing

We share data only with providers needed to run TSS Gerador de Conteudo: AI providers (to write scripts, generate narration, images and video, without using the data to train models), the social networks the customer connected (to publish), e-mail providers and our hosting infrastructure. We may disclose data when required by law.

6. Storage and security

Access tokens are stored in our database with restricted access and are used only by the automatic publishing process of the customer who authorized them. Connections use HTTPS.

7. Retention and deletion

When the customer disconnects an account in the TSS Gerador de Conteudo panel, or revokes access in TikTok or Google settings, the tokens are deleted and we stop publishing to that account. Other data is deleted within 90 days after cancellation, unless the law requires otherwise. To request deletion, see Data deletion or e-mail us.

8. Your rights

You can request access, correction, portability or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent, at contato@softwareautomationtss.com.br (rights under the Brazilian LGPD and applicable laws).

9. Children

TSS Gerador de Conteudo is a business tool and is not intended for people under 18.
